A. Introduction
SuperPA.Net, Inc., has established these Operating Rules to help make your online usage a positive experience. By your continued use of SuperPA.Net, you agree to be bound by these rules and this service agreement. SuperPA.Net may modify with out prior notice to you these Operating Rules or the incorporated Service Agreement at any time. B. Copyrighted Material
You must not use SuperPA.Net to upload, transmit or post copyrighted or otherwise protected material to the Internet without the permission of the owner(s) or person(s) owning the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the transmitted materials. Only the owner(s) or persons specifically authorized by the owner(s) may use SuperPA.Net to upload, post or transmit copyrighted or otherwise protected material. If you download from the Internet copyrighted or otherwise protected material you must do so with the express permission of the owner(s) or other authorized persons regarding copying, redistribution, modification or publication.

C. Content & Uses of SuperPA.Net
You agree not to publish on or over SuperPA.Net any information, software, unsolicited, bulk, or "junk" E-mail, or other content which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person or which would be abusive, profane or offensive to an average person. You agree not to use the facilities and capabilities of SuperPA.Net to conduct any business or activity or to solicit the performance of any activity, which is prohibited by law. You agree not to use the facilities or capabilities of SuperPA.Net to run gaming servers. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of SuperPA.Net. You acknowledge that you are aware that areas accessible through SuperPA.Net may contain material unsuitable for minors (persons under 18 years of age). You agree to supervise usage of SuperPA.Net by minors whom you permit to use SuperPA.Net. You acknowledge that, when using the Internet, you are accessing content that is not controlled by SuperPA.Net. The reliability, availability and content of such resources accessed through the Internet are beyond SuperPA.Net's control and are not in any way warranted or supported by SuperPA.Net. You acknowledge that safeguards relative to copyright, ownership, decency, reliability and integrity of content are entirely lacking with respect to the Internet and content accessible through it. SuperPA.Net provides unlimited service up to 12 Hrs a day 7 days a week. If your online time exceeds this time period SuperPA.Net may charge additional fees. You assume all risk and liability of your use of the Internet, including your continuous compliance with these Operating Rules.

D. Service Termination
SuperPA.Net reserves the right at its sole discretion and without prior notice to suspend and/or terminate your access to SuperPA.Net at any time and for any reason. In the event that your access to SuperPA.Net is terminated (including for nonpayment), SuperPA.Net, at its sole discretion, may refuse to accept all new e-mail sent to your terminated e-mail address.

E. Unauthorized Access and Hacking
Unauthorized access to SuperPA.Net or its servers are strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not engage in such activity or attempt to break into SuperPA.Net servers or facilities for the purpose of altering or manipulating the hardware and software comprising SuperPA.Net, or for any other unauthorized use of any kind ("hacking"). You agree that you will be responsible for and indemnify SuperPA.Net for any liability of any kind arising from the use of your account for such purposes.

F. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SuperPA.Net harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of these Operating Rules, the Service Agreement, applicable laws or unauthorized use of any software or other content obtained by you from the Internet using SuperPA.Net.

G. Use of Account
Your right to use your personal service is personal to you alone and is not transferable or usable by more than one person at one time. You may not lease or otherwise assign or sublet your personal service account to others. Your personal service is subject to any limits established by SuperPA.Net . You may not under any circumstances resell to any other person or entity the service you receive through your personal account, nor may you use your personal PPP account as a server or dedicated link to access files or internet services from your remote computer. Multiple members of the same household may share a single access account. However, only one person is authorized to access SuperPA.Net at any given time through use of that account. It is your responsibility to make sure that the number you choose to connect is a local call. SuperPA.Net is not responsible in any way for long disance charges.

H. Hard Drive Space, E-Mail Use and Privacy
You are given ten (10) megabytes of hard drive space for email. At its discretion, however, SuperPA.Net may allocate more or less space for your use. Should the e-mail server overload and reset due to violations of this rule, you may lose undelivered e-mail. SuperPA.Net takes no responsibility for lost e-mail for any reason.

I. Use of Personal Web Pages
Personal web pages provided to you as part of your personal service may be used only for non-commercial activities. Should you need commercial website capabilities and capacity, SuperPA.Net will be happy to assist you in setting up commercial web pages for that purpose.
