SuperPA.Net,Inc. - Internet Account - Terms Of Use
BILLING -
All individual Internet accounts will receive their invoice by email. An additional fee is required for a postal invoice of an individual account. Business accounts will receive a postal invoice at no additional charge. All accounts are billed on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. The billing date will be on the respective "anniversary" of the original signup date. Payment must be received no later than 20 days after receipt of invoice (email or postal). Termination due to late payment will result in a $20.00 reconnection fee and a $10.00 late fee.
USAGE - All subscriber Internet accounts will remain active until the subscriber calls to cancel. Subscriber is responsible for all bills unitl servied is canceled.
All Internet accounts must be used lawfully and in accordance with Acceptable Use Policies at all times. Activity which disrupts or impedes SuperPA.Net's ability to provide services to other customers will result in immediate termination of account. SuperPA.Net,Inc. will cooperate with local law enforcement agencies to provide usage information for any unlawful activities engaged in by any SuperPA.Net subscriber. The following activities, though not unlawful, will result in immediate termination of account with NO refund issued:
- Email spamming.
- Ping flooding.
- Using Personal Webspace for pornographic, racial, or violent content.
- Unacceptable conduct (using profanity, racial slurs, or threatening statements) toward a SuperPA.Net Staff member.
Sessions that are idle (no activity) for 20 minutes will be automatically disconnected. All telephone company charges incurred connecting to SuperPA.Net are the customer's responsibility. This includes toll charges due to incorrect access numbers, misconfigured dial-up settings, and telephone company toll restrictions.
SUPPORT -
Live FREE Technical Support is included with every account setup unless other wise specified. Technical Support is provided for Internet issues related to the services offered by SuperPA.Net. We DO NOT provide tech support for 3rd party software and or hardware. For support regarding a specific software or hardware item PLEASE contact the manufacturer or place of purchase.
Refund Policy -
Absolutely No refunds are issued on any Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, or Annual accounts. Refunds will only be granted within the first 3 days of a New Internet Subscription. Accounts will continue in the "ACTIVE" state until canceled by the subscriber, at which time the account will be terminated.
SuperPA.Net, Inc strives to provide 100% uptime, however there may be circumstances causing services to be interrupted such as weather, hardware, virus or telco issues etc…
SuperPA.net, Inc. will not credit any account due to uncontrollable down time.
SuperPA.Net, Inc. reserves the right to change these policies at any time for any reason.
SuperPA.Net, Inc provides up to 56k V.90 dial up connection rate to all dial-up subscribers, however, we do not guarantee these connection rates due to circumstances beyond our control, such as local phone lines, modem compatibility etc…
